PingPongDelay
AudioStereo ping-pong delay with cross-feed and feedback filtering.
Alternates echoes between left and right channels. The spread parameter controls cross-feed between channels -- 0 is mono delay, 1 is full ping-pong. Optional low/high pass filter on the feedback path.
