MIDI note demuxer routing notes to per-slot outputs.

Routes incoming MIDI messages to 8 output slots based on configurable note numbers. Non-note messages (CC, pitchbend, etc.) are broadcast to all slots. Use this to split a single MIDI stream into individual drum trigger channels.
